Nicole Raymondi

Mindset Coach & NLP Practitioner

I’m here to show you how to master the power of your subconscious mind with my new-age mindset method rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality.

Who I am.

Who I am is in constant motion. Its core is the same but its evolution is one that I’m continually discovering and simultaneously creating everyday. It’s the reason this answer, for any of us, will never be a static one and the reason I do the work that I do.

We are here to continually ask this question and create ourselves.

I am a guide back to your truest self. I’m a Mindset Coach, a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programmer (NLP), a writer, a designer, and an artist. I’ve taken neuroscience and psychology classes at Stanford University, I’ve poured over hours of training, books, and courses to understand and harness the power of our minds and hours more of meditation to return to the core of who we are. I’ve worked with dozens of clients, just like you, guiding them back to the meeting point where true transformation happens, the place within where you meet yourself.

I am here to show you that you can transform yourself with the power of your subconscious mind. Prove to you that the power of what's inside is far greater than anything outside of you. The power of your mind, body, and soul working in harmony instead of discord.

I am dedicated to this mission because I know how deeply painful it is to suffer. Suffer from physical, mental, and emotional health challenges. Suffer from not feeling capable of calling in everything you truly desire in this life. I also know how unnecessary so much of that suffering is and am certain beyond every shred of doubt that we didn't come here to suffer. We came here to thrive. We came here to experience everything this beautiful life affords us and unapologetically live a life by our own design.

Because I believe this so deeply, I immersed myself completely in the teachings of neuroscience, psychology, and higher consciousness to serve you the best way I can; through knowledge and expertise but more importantly through application.

I coach and teach to show that you can redesign yourself with the power of your mind, I design to create the accessible tools and methods for doing so, and the artist in me pulls it all together as my highest form of expression. My truest self.

I look forward to guiding you towards that truest expression of your own self, as I continue to move towards mine.

Thanks for joining me, I’m so grateful you’ve decided to show up for yourself, and all of those around you.

Lots of love,

Nicole

What I love.

A little bit more about me and my beauty (yes we can say this about ourselves).

I rarely miss a good sunrise or a good sunset. Sometimes I catch both. Watching the sun slip over the horizon with gratitude and awe is one of the simplest and most beautiful things we can do each day. It’s always free and always available.

I think people are the most fascinating, beautiful things on earth and I’m left with the same sensations of gratitude and awe that I feel watching the colors of a sunset unfold each time I encounter someone new (or old) and have the opportunity to walk with them on their journey for a bit, whether it’s for a short time or many years. People will always be what matters most.

That being said, I love my family and friends and invest in those relationships deeply. You can see a little bit more of my personal life here.

My highest values are love, passion, freedom, creativity, and honesty. A close second is continual growth and contribution. I lead my life by these values and it’s always a priority for me to unearth the values of everyone I work with and encounter.

Writing is my greatest passion and subconscious door. In light of all the NLP, self-hypnosis, meditation, and beliefs work; writing has always been my biggest teacher and my highest form of expression. It’s the door I walk through to access the deepest parts of my inner-self.

I can only describe my taste in music as chill electronic. I used to only listen to rap, hip-hop, and R&B (shoutout to my Upstate, NY roots) but have since expanded my horizons. I love a good playlist and create new ones based on my mood and mentality often. You can learn more about me through that music here.

I dance every morning. Even when I don’t feel like it. Especially when I don’t feel like it.

Roses have always been my favorite flower. They represent beauty and strength to me and show us that we can be both soft and strong, a lover and a fighter, and a traditionalist and a rebel. There’s always room for both.

I nurture myself with real foods. My journey with food has come a long way since the days of fueling up on 3 bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch for breakfast, Burger King for lunch, and Easy-Mac for dinner. It’s also come a long way from my militant elimination diets (Paleo, Keto, Vegan…you name it I tried it) during the years that I was unwell. These days, I eat food as close to nature as possible but don’t hold too tightly to the reigns. That feels good for me and my body. I also no longer drink alcohol and feel my best and clearest self since making that choice.

Italy is my happy place. I’m half Italian and half Irish. I participated in a high school exchange program to Northern Italy and lived in Rome for a study-abroad program when I was in college and fell in love with the culture, the cobblestone streets, and the coastal vistas (are you getting the idea that I love a good view yet?).

New York is also my happy place, though like any real 7-year relationship while you live in close contact with a city (so close your first apartment was on the same level of concrete as the subway) it challenged me to grow and expand in ways I never knew were possible.

Nature is my happiest place. I grew up in a small town jumping in cold lakes and running barefoot in the woods building tree forts. Then I forgot about nature, disconnected, and moved to the city. I’ve since learned to integrate both parts of me, the naturalist and the city girl. And I love nature in all its forms from beaches to mountains and everything in between.

San Diego is my home base. I made my way to California in 2017, spent a few years in LA, then a few more in the Bay Area, and have now landeded back in Southern California. I’ve found San Diego to be a perfect blend of the urban and natural worlds and as a result made it my home. Psychologically, it helps me to have roots somewhere, but I love to travel and venture out from there.

My uniform; jeans, a white t-shirt, a good pair of boots and a leather jacket. (Sometimes I think I moved to California from New York just so I could wear this year-round)

I only adorn myself in gold jewelry. A lot of it and I never take it off. I’ve always loved gold and I think jewelry is a way to both express ourselves without having to speak and reflect our light.

I have 3 tattoos that bookmark certain chapters in my life and remind me of the way I intend on moving through this time on earth. They are all in Italian and read: vivere con passione (to live with passion), essere libero. (to be free), and the most prominent one of my wrist I’m always asked about; chiaroscuro (the Italian term coined by Leonardo da Vinci meaning both dark (obscure or scuro) and light (clear or chiaro). Da Vinci used this term to describe artwork that had the most profound depth by using dark and light gradients. We all have dark and light inside of us.

Driving is my moving meditation. Growing up my father raced old Porsches for a hobby (true Italian) and eventually, at around 18, I learned to race myself. Gliding around the race track never really felt scary or dangerous to me, it always just felt like flow. I’ve since stopped racing but when I’m feeling something needs to move I still love to take a long drive with mellow beats and feel it all.

I’m a huge science nerd. I love to geek out over neuroscience, biology, and epigenetics. I spent the former part of my training/coaching studying nutrition and learning about the body which led me to the brain and to the Joe Dispenza’s, Bruce Liptons, Norman Doidge’s, Tara Swart’s, and Sam Harris’s of the World.

I’m also a huge art nerd (aficionado because that sounds sexier). I don’t really know a lot of art history (definitely was more concerned about mending my hangover during those classes in college) and I can’t really tell you my favorite artists, I just know good art when I see it. I appreciate it. I can get lost in art museums for hours and let the world fade away. I also worked as a graphic and UX designer for many years and designed the Self by Design app.

I’m very dedicated to my spiritual connection. I don’t identify with any particular religion (Yoko Ono once said, “My religion is to trust myself”), but instead identify with a connection to something greater than ourselves, however you want to define that, and I believe this connection is the true foundation for how we treat ourselves and others in the world. It’s one thing to have beliefs, it’s another to live them. For me, that doesn’t look like hours sitting on a meditation mat (though I’m dedicated to my morning routine), but staying awake to the beauty available in every moment (and every person) and really living our experience here to the fullest. I trust that I am always being guided and do my best to allow life to work for me and through me.

That’s all I got for you ;)
